Registrar – Advanced Trainee – Paediatrics – Immunisation
This is a Recruitment Pool for Fixed Term appointments for 6-12 months with the possibility of extension(s). Full Time and Part Time (job-share) applicants will be considered.
Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 31/01/2025.
Position Profile:
This position will be involved in clinical activities, education, research, policy development and other initiatives of the Child and Adolescent Health Services (CAHS) Immunisation Service, you will be involved in the Infectious Diseases Department teaching and meetings as well as provide medical support with the nurse led immunisation services within CAHS.
Area Profile:
Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) treats children from around Western Australia, and is committed to programs that promote lifelong health in children and adolescents. CAHS is made up of Neonatology, Community Health, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services and Perth Children’s Hospital.

Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other "similar" vacancies throughout the health service. In addition to this, should the successful applicant decline or vacate the advertised vacancy, then the next most suitable applicant may also be selected from this process. Both of these options remain valid for a period of six (6) months from when the authorised delegate endorses the recruitment decision.
