WA Country Health Service - Albany Health Campus is seeking applications from Resident Medical Officers (RMO) for 6- or 12 months full time appointments with the possibility of extension(s) commencing ASAP or beginning of 2025.
About the Role:
As an RMO, you will provide high quality clinical service to all hospital patients under the supervision of clinical supervisors including Registrars, Consultants and other senior staff within a multidisciplinary team. You will also work within your ability and according to the hospital’s core values and will be able to expand your knowledge and skills through the available learning opportunities.
Albany Health Campus is a very sought-after location for junior doctors due to the quality of training and education offered as well as the beautiful terrain and outdoor lifestyle on offer. Clinical rotations include disciplines such as Psychiatry, Orthopaedics, General Surgery, General Medicine, Medical Specialties, Geriatrics, Emergency Medicine, Paediatrics and Women’s Health with exposure to Anaesthetics within the Leave Relief component. You will be an integral member of a small and close-knit team with hands-on opportunities to learn and upskill with supervision from top level specialists in their fields.

Applicants must hold General Registration with the Australian Medical Board, be at least PGY2 level and have at least six months experience working in Australia or a Competent Authority country. Applications that do not meet these requirements will not be considered.
