2025 WA Service Surgical Registrar (SSR) Recruitment For Fiona Stanley Fremantle Hospital Group (FSFHG)

This is a Recruitment Pool for Fixed Term Full-Time, Fixed Term Part-Time SSR appointments for the 2025 clinical year commencing 03 February 2025 and ending 01 February 2026.

Salary: MP Year 1-7 $138,728- $185,586 p.a. pro rata (inclusive of base salary, 11.5% superannuation and professional development allowance) as at 1 July 2024.

Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 31/03/2025.

Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancies, it may also be used to fill other ‘similar’ vacancies throughout participating employers. In addition, should a successful applicant decline or forfeit an offer, their applications will return to the recruitment pool and other suitable applicants can be considered for the vacancy.

Eligibility Criteria:
To be considered for an SSR position, you must provide evidence you:

• Are eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia*;
• Are eligible to work in Australia. Evidence of valid Australian citizenship, permanent residency, temporary residency (or eligibility to obtain) and/or a relevant visa must be provided prior to commencement; and
• Can demonstrate that you have the qualifications, essential skills and experience required for the position, as described in the job description form, and (separate) application selection criteria.
