This is a Permanent Sessional appointment at 16 hours (0.2 FTE) per fortnight.

Position Profile: The Consultant - Paediatric - Gastroenterology provides clinical service duties as directed by the Head of Department, to both inpatients and outpatients in the Department of Gastroenterology.

These services are provided in the community across the Perth metropolitan area at community health centres, in schools, home visits and through telehealth appointments. Services focus on child health, growth and development, behaviour, immunisation and supporting families.

The Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) is proud to be the leading service provider for paediatric healthcare in Western Australia, as the State’s only dedicated health service for infants, children and young people. CAHS is made up four service areas: Neonatology, Community Health, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), and Perth Children’s Hospital (PCH).
