We are currently seeking enthusiastic Consultant Physician to join the team at the Acute and General Medicine, at Fiona Stanley Hospital.
This is a recruitment pool for sessional, casual, permanent full time, permanent part time, fixed term full time, and fixed term part time appointments, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
About the Role: The Consultant Physician leads the multidisciplinary team to provide medical services to patients. You will promote patient safety and quality of care. You will also provide leadership, orientation, training, supervision and education, where relevant, for doctors in training, Health Service Medical Practitioners and other health workers. In collaboration with the Head of Department and other Consultants, you will work to achieve national, state and SMHS performance standards and targets. Works within the scope of clinical practice as defined and recommended by the by the Fiona Stanley Fremantle Hospital Group Medical Credentialing and Scope of Clinical Practice Committee.

Fiona Stanley Hospital (FSH) is a 783-bed tertiary hospital offering a range of health services including the State Rehabilitation Service, a comprehensive cancer centre, purpose-built mental health unit, maternity, paediatric and neonatal services, and the State Adult Burns Service.
