This is a Recruitment Pool for Fixed Term Full Time appointment for 12 months, commencing 2nd February 2026 with the possibility of extension(s).  

Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 04/12/2025.

Salary: MP Year 1-2 $212,681 - $222,412 p.a. (inclusive of base salary, 11.5% superannuation, and professional development allowance)


Position Profile: 
We are seeking to appoint a Spinal Fellow to our Orthopaedic Surgery Department. In this role you will provide a high-quality clinical service to hospital patients. You will be required to promote high quality patient centred care to inpatients and outpatients of the State Spinal and Scoliosis Service under the supervision of consultants and within a multi-disciplinary team to review the medical needs of the patients. You will assist with teaching and support to Resident Medical Officers and Interns, and in collaboration with the interdisciplinary teams, work to achieve National, State and Hospital performance standards and National Safety and Quality Healthcare standards.
