WA Country Health Service (WACHS) is seeking Registry of Interest from Consultant Psychiatrists to join our dedicated mental health teams across regional and rural Western Australia.
Exciting opportunities may arise across the Midwest, Goldfields, Great Southern, Kimberley, Pilbara, South West and Wheatbelt regions, including permanent, fixed-term, and casual appointments.
We are particularly interested in hearing from experienced Consultant psychiatrists, as well as upcoming specialists close to Fellowship, who are passionate about delivering high-quality mental health care and making a meaningful impact in regional communities. Candidates with an interest in clinical leadership, service development, or head of department opportunities are encouraged to highlight this within their application.
As a Consultant Psychiatrist with WACHS, you will play a pivotal role in providing specialist assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of patients across diverse clinical settings. Working within multidisciplinary teams, you will contribute to the delivery of contemporary, patient-centred mental health services while supporting improved health outcomes for some of Western Australia's most unique and rewarding communities.
This Registry of Interest offers suitably qualified specialists the opportunity to be considered for current and future Consultant Psychiatrist and Head of Department vacancies aligned with their skills, experience and preferred locations.
