This is a Recruitment Pool for Permanent and Fixed Term Part Time and Full Time positions with the possibility of extension and/or permanency.

Position Profile:
- Leads the multi-disciplinary team to provide specialist medical services to patients in the Internal Medicine Unit.
- Promotes patient safety and quality of care. Provides leadership, orientation, training, supervision and education, where relevant, for doctors in training and other health workers.
- In collaboration with the Head of Department and other Consultants, works to achieve national, state and EMHS performance standards and targets.
- Works within the scope of clinical practice as defined and recommended by the EMHS Area Medical Credentialing Committee.

WA Health policies require applicants to undertake a criminal records screening and integrity checking as part of the appointment process. As well as undertaking a criminal record screening and integrity checking, you may also be required to undertake a working with children check (if required for the role) and a pre-employment health assessment.
