Rockingham General Hospital are seeking applications for a Medical Co-Director for our Surgical and Specialist Care Directorate!
This dynamic opportunity includes a guaranteed 0.5 FTE of Medical Co-Director duties for a fixed term period of up to 5 years.
Applicants holding existing clinical FTE will be eligible to transfer up to an additional 0.5 FTE of clinical load where it aligns with clinical hospital specialities.
The rate of Clinical Directors Allowance is 20% of the prescribed base salary (Arrangement B - Consultant Year 9).

Working in partnership with the Nursing Co-Director, the Medical Co-Director provides effective leadership, governance, strategic planning and operational management of the clinical stream within the Surgical Directorate, supporting all staff to provide high-quality and efficient patient care, consistent with the Hospital’s safety, quality and performance frameworks.
