Senior Medical Practitioner - Emergency Medicine

MP Year 1-3 - $361,950 to $384,872 p.a pro rata or $693.84 to $737.78 per session (inclusive of base salary, 11.5% superannuation, and PD allowance)

POSITION PROFILE

Join our growing Emergency Medicine department and prospering team with exciting opportunities across this stunning location. As a respected senior member with a supportive and friendly team you will:

• Attend patients in our Emergency Departments and assist our inpatient teams in providing after hours and emergency responses to our inpatients.
• Have regular educational and learning opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills in a modern ED with respectful colleagues dedicated to excellent care and outcomes.
• Help us to provide leadership, training, supervision, and education for Doctors in Training in consultation with Specialists and senior staff.

There are opportunities available particularly in:

• Busselton Health Campus – 58 inpatient bed hospital across general ward, hospice, maternity ward and 24-hour emergency department.
• Margaret River Hospital – 12 bed hospital working across general ward, including obstetrics and a 24-hour emergency department.
