Senior Registrar - Emergency Medicine
Please note this is for the 2026 Senior Registrar Intake.
This is a Recruitment Pool for Fixed Term Full Time or Part Time appointments for 6-12 months with the possibility of extension(s).
Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 30/10/2025.
Salary: MP Year 1-2 $212,681 - $222,412 p.a. pro rata (inclusive of base salary, 11.5% superannuation, and professional development allowance)
Position Profile:
We are seeking to appoint Senior Registrars to our Emergency Medicine Department. In this role you will provide and promote high quality and patient centred care to inpatients and outpatients of the speciality under the supervision of the Consultant medical staff. You will also be required to provide training, supervision and education for Resident Medical Officers (RMO’s) and Interns. In collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, you will work to achieve National, State and East Metropolitan Health Service performance standards and the National Safety and Quality Healthcare Standards.
